            <description><![CDATA[We are looking for an Estimator / Pre-Construction focus for a remote position preferrably based in the mid-Atlantic, midwest or Northeast for our fast growing construction client.&nbsp;
<strong>Pre-Construction Manager (Estimator)</strong>

<br>The Pre-Construction Manager (Estimator) leads the front-end evaluation, estimating, and technical development of project opportunities from bid through proposal submission.<br>

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>

<ul>

&#9;<br>Review and qualify RFP/bid documents, blueprints, and specifications.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Lead Go/No-Go reviews for construction&nbsp;projects, ensuring clear internal roles and responsibilities.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Collaborate with Design and Business Development teams to develop drawings, investigate codes/regulations, and define project scope.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and subcontractor qualification meetings as required.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Develop comprehensive scopes of work, project estimates, budgets, and schedules (MS Project).<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Solicit, evaluate, and qualify vendor and subcontractor proposals;obtain hard cost pricing.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Generate and manage RFIs (customer and subcontractor) &nbsp;to clarify project requirements.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Identify cost-efficient bidding strategies and value-added solutions to enhance competitiveness and profitability.<br>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Assemble complete technical packages for proposal submission.&nbsp;This will require using a sophisticated Excel Templete to ultimately develop the construction bid package and proposal.&nbsp;<br>
&#9;</li>
</ul>

<br>This role requires strong construction knowledge, estimating expertise utilizing Excel, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.<br>

            <description><![CDATA[<b>We are looking for a Construction Superintendent for new building construction projects in the mid-Atlantic market to travel to project sites in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, etc.&nbsp;This will include ground up construction projects and we will need an experienced and safety minded construction professional.&nbsp;<br>

Position:</b>&nbsp;Construction Superintendent<br>
&nbsp;<br>
The Construction Site Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities including the supervision of all construction personnel, materials, and equipment;ensures that plans and specifications are being followed, ensures work is proceeding on schedule and within budget;ensures work is being conducted in a safe and professional manner;successfully completes the project on schedule and within budget.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities</b>
<ul>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Work collaboratively and effectively with the Construction Project Manager throughout the project.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Lead jobsite safety meetings and maintain safety log.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Ensure the job-site is maintained in a clean, safe manner. Rectify any job site hazards immediately.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Accurately and timely prepare daily reports and field documentation.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Create and manage project punch list with subcontractors and customers.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Work with Project Manager on obtaining all requirements of the local jurisdiction to obtain required permits and final approval or certificate of occupancy prior to completion date</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Schedule and attend municipal inspections.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Manage multiple subcontractors and vendors across several trades to assure that specifications are met.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Oversee, conduct, and document weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors as necessary</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Regularly inspect work being performed on the project to ensure quality is being achieved</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Manage construction scheduling on a tight timeline</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Orders materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Must maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Regularly review contract documents (plans, specifications, shop drawings, testing requirements, manufacturerâs installation instruction, as-built requirements, close-out requirements, etc.) with team members and subcontractors and to ensure they are being followed.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Track and manage closing documents (RFIs, Submittals, Punchlists)</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Enforce company and project policies.</li>
</ul>
<b>Requirements</b>

&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Must be proficient with Email and completing and submitting daily reports.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and challenges daily.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Must display strong organizational, written and oral communication skills and effective listening skills.</li>
&#9;<li style="padding: 0;margin: 0;">Must possess well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.</li>

We are seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and grow engineering services across utility, telecommunications, and EV charging infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership, business development, and oversight of engineering delivery, with a focus on transmission & distribution systems, substations, and grid-connected charging infrastructure.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead business development efforts across utility, telecom, and EV charging infrastructure markets </li>
&#9;<li>Identify and secure new opportunities related to transmission, distribution, substations, and charging infrastructure deployment </li>
&#9;<li>Build and maintain relationships with utilities, developers, contractors, and infrastructure partners </li>
&#9;<li>Support proposals and RFP responses, including technical approach, scope development, and resource planning </li>
&#9;<li>Provide technical oversight for electrical design, system studies, and infrastructure integration </li>
&#9;<li>Oversee engineering for EV charging projects, including utility coordination, load analysis, and service design </li>
&#9;<li>Review and approve engineering deliverables such as drawings, calculations, and technical reports </li>
&#9;<li>Ensure projects meet quality, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements </li>
&#9;<li>Maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NESC, IEEE, NFPA, and utility requirements) </li>
&#9;<li>Collaborate with internal teams on project execution and delivery strategies </li>
&#9;<li>Support contract administration, RFIs, and engineering change management </li>
&#9;<li>Mentor engineering staff and support technical development across the team </li>

<b>Qualifications</b>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering required </li>
&#9;<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required </li>
&#9;<li>10+ years of experience in electrical engineering within utility, power delivery, telecom, or related infrastructure </li>
&#9;<li>Strong experience with transmission, distribution, and substation systems </li>
&#9;<li>Experience with EV charging infrastructure, power distribution, or utility interconnection projects preferred </li>
&#9;<li>Background in business development, proposals, and client relationship management </li>
&#9;<li>Knowledge of protection systems and control/integration engineering </li>
&#9;<li>Familiarity with industry software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, CYME, PLS-CADD, etc.) </li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of applicable codes and standards </li>
