Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution

Manage all phases of construction including planning, mobilization, construction, restoration, closeout, and turnover.

Ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time.

Planning, Scheduling & Budget Management

Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage subcontractors, construction vendors, and field crews to ensure productivity and quality expectations are met.
Conduct field audits, progress reviews, and quality inspections.

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment allocation, and workforce planning.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project updates.
Build strong relationships with customers, local agencies, and project stakeholders.

Present project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of telecommunications construction project management experience.
10+ years managing FTTH or OSP fiber construction projects.
