TekCom Resources is looking for multiple QC Coordinators to support successful customer execution deployments by ensuring compliance with California GO95 standards, our client’s policies, and customer requirements. This role provides quality oversight, documentation control, utility coordination, and tracking support across multiple applications and deployment phases—from application intake through construction completion and closeout.
Job Duties:
Perform quality control reviews of project documentation, designs, and construction packages to ensure compliance with GO95 rules, joint-use agreements (JPA), and utility requirements.
Support pole inspection, make-ready, and construction activities by reviewing reports, photos, and corrective action documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify GO95, inspection, or construction deficiencies and coordinate resolution with the Project Manager, vendors, and utilities.
Support Project Managers in managing one or more aspects of customer deployments across multiple applications.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including pole inspection reports, permits, approvals, and closeout deliverables.
Ensure required documents are obtained, reviewed, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, utilities, and municipalities to support project timelines and compliance requirements.
Support forecasting and schedule updates within Project Management Tools, including initial and revised forecast dates.
Support vendor coordination and performance tracking, where applicable.
Qualifications
Experience in quality control, project coordination, or deployment support within telecommunications, fiber, or utility infrastructure projects.
Strong working knowledge of California GO95 rules and joint-use utility requirements.
Experience supporting pole inspections, make-ready processes, and construction management.
Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
