We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, talent sourcing, on-boarding coordination and full life cycle recruiting, while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Experience within the telecom industry is a strong plus. This role requires someone who can follow detailed client-specific onboarding processes and manage multiple priorities at times.
Ideally you will be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (Greater Phoenix, AZ area). This is a remote, WFH role. Salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
Candidate Care: Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment cycle;ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
Reference & Background Coordination: Acquire and verify professional references and support client-specific background and onboarding processes with flawless attention to detail.
Client Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and clients, understanding their needs and providing consistent recruitment updates and insights.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed documentation across all applicants’tracking and client systems.
Process Compliance: Follow detailed, client-specific onboarding and compliance requirements with precision.
Industry Awareness: (Preferred) Leverage telecom industry knowledge to assess technical skill sets and market trends.
Project Coordination: Track and move candidates forward in a high volume, detailed and coordinated way.

2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven success source from job boards and multiple recruitment channels.
Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and client-specific requirements.
Must be willing to work West Coast hours (M-F).
Preferred
Experience recruiting in the telecommunications industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agency or high-volume environment.
Based in the Phoenix, AZ market.
