Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Control Specialist for one of our Telecom clients in the Bay Area. This is a PERM and Office based role and can sit in either San Francisco or Sacramento. Previous AT&T experience is a must.

Pay Rate: 55-70k/year DOE
ROLE:
- Provide financial support Operations, Financial and Project Teams.
- Assist with internal and external vendor management
- Track and report financial performance to ensure adherence to company directives.
- Ensure contract pricing is aligned with Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
- Lead and participate in all financial operations of the company including invoicing accounts payable/receivable.
- Reviewing daily and monthly financial filings.
- Streamline operations to decrease expenditures and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with business development and operations.
- Financial reporting.
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis
- Analysis of company-specific cost structures, systems, financial information and customers via collateral audits, financial forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Timely & accurate gathering, compiling & dissemination of financial data to senior management.
- Support Project Manager on tracking and updating internal database
- Hold internal meetings with department heads regarding any current or outstanding finances
- 3+ years of related experience
- Previous AT&T experience
- Preferred experience with Norad, Warp, PACE, etc.
