As the OSP Construction Director, you will oversee the design, planning, and execution of FTTX projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of talented construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their full potential.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are seamlessly integrated, from design to implementation. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of FTTX projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are seamlessly integrated, from design to implementation.
  • Manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to identify areas for growth and development and supporting them in achieving their goals.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in FTTX construction, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of FTTX construction practices and techniques, as well as an understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with design software and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
