Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FTTX construction, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of FTTX construction practices and techniques, as well as an understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with design software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
