We are recruiting for a Director of Construction in Nevada, who will also oversee projects in Arizona and Southern California.
The Director of Construction holds a key leadership role overseeing a wide range of construction projects, including small cell installations, upgrades, modifications, tower new site builds, and electric vehicle (EV) charging. They are responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and successful execution of these projects. This entails collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of each endeavor.
A primary focus of the role is managing the financial performance of the construction projects.
This includes developing and adhering to budgets, analyzing project costs, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability. The Director also plays a crucial role in defining and executing the strategic vision for the construction department, aligning it with the organization's objectives.
In addition to financial oversight, the Director of Construction leads and supports a team of professionals involved in project management, engineering, production, and operations. They provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high-quality work and promote professional growth. The Director is also responsible for resource allocation, workload distribution, and coordinating site installation crews to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Maintaining stringent quality standards and compliance with safety regulations is a top priority for the Director.
