Job Description
TekCom Resources is seeking a a Copper Splicer for a direct hire role with a fast-growing fiber construction firm!
In this role, you will be splicing and dealing with large cable counts - 300, 400 and 900 pair cables. You will be de-commissioning the cable and doing splicing. The right candidate will have at least 10 years experience with one of the large telephone providers and prior experience with copper cable splicing. This is a full time opportunity working at sites in and around Janesville;Work could include travel up to a 2 hour duration from work site and remote locations up to 5-6 hours away. Lodging is provided as well as $55/work day Per diem. In state travel is case by case basis.
