We are looking for a star Project Manager with a strong background in design build projects. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member to lead a high profile customer project of multiple design builds projects in the U.S.
The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;
Ground Up Building Construction
Leadership abilities to work well with large customers, engineers and architects
Design Build Construction Projects
Design, Engineering knowledge
Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
Submittals and Permitting Procedures
Sub-Contractor Management
Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact
The Baltimore/ Washington Metro is ideal for the person to either work in the office and remotely. The surrounding extended areas of DE, South NJ, and Southeast PA to work remotely is also acceptable.
Pay: $100K +/- D.O.E.
